East Sussex, BN8 5AJ
Contact us by phone: 01825 840252
or email us on: info@raystede.org
You are very welcome to visit and get a unique glimpse into our work. We are open every day between 10am and 4pm.
All visitors must book a free ticket – it’s really easy to do online or you can phone our Visitor Information team.
Booking is essential to help us control visitor numbers for the welfare of the animals in our care, many of whom are very shy and nervous and cannot cope with large numbers of people and noise. It also keeps our site safe for the animals, staff and volunteers and enables visitors to enjoy their visit and get a real insight into the day to day work of an animal welfare charity.
Our Aviaries currently close at 2pm everyday for the welfare of our birds.
