Join #TeamRaystede for a breath-taking experience of a lifetime to help animals in need!
We've partnered with Skyline Events to offer you the chance to complete a skydive anytime at one of 20 skydiving centres across the UK.
Imagine standing in a plane as it flies over 10,000ft in the air, gazing out over the clouds, taking in blue skies that seem to stretch on for an eternity. Imagine shuffling towards the open door, strapped to a trained instructor who bellows a countdown over the roar of the wind and engines.
Just imagine the moment when you lean out over the edge, hold your breath and take a leap, falling at over 120mph… it really is a once in a lifetime experience!
If you're feeling up to the challenge, then head to the Skyline website, and pick the date and location for your skydive.
By taking part, you will receive:
- A fundraising pack
- A Raystede t-shirt - proudly show off that you're part of #TeamRaystede
- Support leading up to the event
- Tips and advice to help you achieve your fundraising target
- A special animal hero medal when you complete your skydive
The difference your money makes...
- £400 helps us to feed our rabbits for two months.
- £500 could pay for our equine section for a day, meaning we can give our horses, donkeys, goats, alpacas and sheep the care they need.
- £750 helps us to run our cattery for a weekend.
Please note:
- Headcorn Airfield in Kent is the closest airfield to Raystede, but you can choose any of the 20 locations for your skydive.
- You must be at least 16 years old to take part (you'll need parental consent if you're under 18).
- The weight limits can vary and will be set by your chosen location.
- There will be a short, 30-minute training session to complete before you skydive.
